Honour Ambassador Markku Peltoniemi 

Espoo Convention & Marketing has granted Espoo Ambassador honorary title to Markku Peltoniemi in Autumn 2009. Markku has worked as a geophysics professor in Helsinki School of Technology (TKK) 1983-2009.

During all his career Peltoniemi has participated actively in international associations holding different board and committee memberships. Due his important positions Peltoniemi has been able to contribute in bringing congresses to Espoo and Finland. Besides that Markku Peltoniemi has also playd important role in congress organiser in Finland.
