Congress Services by Espoo Convention & Marketing

Espoo Convention & Marketing is a subsidiary of Espoo City. Our task is to develop marketing of Espoo as meeting and congress city. We collaborate actively with local entrepreneurs working on the fields of tourism and congresses.

We are easy to reach. Our long experience in meetings and congresses together with a wide range of venues and options for accommodation translates as high-quality service throughout your visit. We have an agreement with Aalto University of Science and Technology for cooperation in the production of congress services.

We offer objective assistance free of charge, we:

• help you to find the most suitable venue and partnerships
• prepare necessary documents and other materials
• coordinate site inspection visits
• make preliminary reservations of conference facilities and accommodation
• provide promotional material
• assist you to plan social program 
• help you with hospitality arrangements

Applications should contain back ground information of the organization (details of previous congresses: locations, number of participants etc.), agenda, number of participants, desired date for the reception and contact information for further information.
