Arriving in Espoo
Espoo is easily accessible whether you are travelling by bus, train or your own car. Espoo's location right next to capital Helsinki and its international airport and ship terminals offers excellent connection by plane and ferry as well.
The Central Bus Station is located in the centre of Helsinki in Kamppi with hourly services to Finland's main cities and towns. From Kamppi there are many connections to different part of Espoo. An average journey to Espoo takes 15 to 30 minutes. Long-distance buses arriving from the Western Finland stop also in Espoo.
Espoo is located next to Helsinki and is therefore only 15 minutes away from the international passenger ports. Helsinki is the busiest passenger port in Finland, with diverse services to Tallinn, Stockholm, St. Petersburg, Travemünde and Rostock. During the high season in summer there is up to 17 daily departures to Tallinn.
