Espoo is located next to Helsinki and therefore only 15 minutes away from the international passenger ports.

Helsinki is the busiest passenger port in Finland, with diverse services to Tallinn, Stockholm, Travemünde and Rostock. During the high season in summer there is up to 17 daily departures to Tallinn.

International cruise ships visited Helsinki 248 times in year 2010 and brought about 344 000 visitors to Helsinki Metropolitan area.
