OPEN SERVICES IN ESPOO AND SURROUNDING AREAS DURING THE CORONAVIRUS EPIDEMIC
We want to inform you about open services that can be experienced safely during COVID-19 pandemic. Remember to follow the current guidelines.
The priority is safety for all of us and we want everyone can experience, explore and enjoy services safely. All the service providers here are committed to follow the guidelines and the instructions given by the Finnish Government and the Finnish health authorities. Sustainability and responsibility are key factors on which the city and its players have been working for years. Espoo is like Finland in miniature. The beautiful and versatile nature is surrounding our city; in the south you can get touch with unspoiled coastal and archipelago area and when heading to the north you can experience the true Finnish wilderness in Nuuksio National Park. Nature sites can be visited following the basic rules and guidance from the health authorities.
We have listed below the wide selection of services which are open during spring and summer 2021:
Most of the accommodation possibilities are located in the middle of the nature either by forests, lakes or by the sea. In these properties you don’t need to worry about the crowds. Hotel Matts - New hotel in Matinkylä. Apartments are open, hotel rooms are planned to open in May 10th.
GLO Hotel Sello - Closed between 1.4.-5.5.2021.

Restaurants and cafés are currently closed. Many restaurants in Espoo and the surrounding area offer tasty take-away dishes.

According to Finnish Government's policy, public services such as museums are currenty closed. You can experience cultural experiences virtually or by booking a private visit.
