The four Aalto University schools of technology are based in Otaniemi in Espoo, 10 km from the center of Helsinki, on a campus designed by Alvar Aalto. Otaniemi has the highest concentration of high technology in the Nordic countries. A unique combination of education, study and business is densely packed into this small area.
Aalto University campus in Espoo and its venues are easily accessible by public transportation and by car. Helsinki Airport is only half an hour drive away and bus journey to Helsinki takes just 15-20 minutes. By the end of 2017 Espoo will have its own underground connected to Helsinki network. Undergraduate Center / Otakaari 1
Undergraduate Center is located in heart of Otaniemi. This venue offers great facilities to congresses, seminars and other events up to 600 people. In total Undergraduate Center offers over 10 auditoriums (for 70-600 persons) and smaller classrooms for meetings and workshops. All rooms include high quality of technique and free of charge Aalto Open WLAN-. Auditoriums include data projector, computer, document camera, overhead, microphone and hearing loop.

Former Congress Centre Dipoli will serve as Aalto University's main building from autumn 2017 onwards. As a building, it represents a new type of multi-purpose design that showcases the University's expertise, activities and people.

Next to Kaleva hall is spacious lobby, Capitolium for coffees, cocktails or exhibitions. Kaleva hall can be combined to Sief hall when the capacity is 1000 chairs, 600 classroom or 800 dinner.
Sief is mainly used as a restaurant hall for meetings. Capacity is 250 persons for lunch or 600 persons if there is no seats. Sief is also suitable for seminars, exhibitions and dinners.
Lumituuli is an auditorium for 250 persons. Auditorium suites well for seminars or even movie and drama events.

Address is Otaranta 4. There is an open view over Laajalahti Bay from the meeting room. It is possible to reserve Laajalahti on weekdays from 8.00 am. to 10 pm.
