Omnia’s conference rooms in Espoo Centre offer exciting and innovative environment for meetings and conferences of 6 to 20 people. Individually and innovatively decorated, easily modifiable meeting rooms make sure your day won’t be boring. For bigger groups we offer our auditorium that fits up to 145 people. 

All conference rooms are equipped with a desktop computer and cables for laptops, data projector, loud speakers, white board and flip chart.

You can also include wellness and beauty services in your event programme. Services are offered by crew and students of Oppivat Kädet beauty salon. During your conference day you have a chance to visit our sustainable development shop OmniaShop. All these facilities are located in the campus area of Omnia Espoo Centre easily reachable by public transportation. Espoo centre (Espoon keskus) train station is located only 800 meters from campus and bus stop is located right in front of the building.

RESTAURANT AND CATERING SEVICES

Catering services are taken care by Restaurant Henricus that designs delicious menus for all your events. Restaurant Henricus offers modern European cuisine with Scandinavian twist. The food is prepared from organic and locally produced ingredients. Drink selection follows the same high quality standards.

Restaurant Henricus serves lunch from Monday to Friday from 11.00 to 15.00. Menu includes daily specials and a weekly changing chef’s menu. Outside of lunch hours Henricus can be reserved for meetings and events. Restaurant has also a cabinet for 36 people that can be reserved also during lunch hours. If you wish to hold a more private event the cabinet can be divided into smaller rooms for 12 to 24 people. Restaurant Henricus is always happy to design you personalised menus for your events and meetings.
