SMA GROUP - Villa Eagle Rock

SMA Group is a family-owned company which has hosted top-quality outdoor events in Helsinki metropolitan area, in Nuuksio National Park since 1994 and in beautiful peninsula of Porkkala since 2008. Idyllic log cabins Bear’s nest and Safari lodge and Lappish tepee-restaurant ”White Reindeer” with live reindeer are located in Nuuksio (35 km/35 min. from the capital of Helsinki) and Villa Eagle Rock is located in Porkkala (45 km/45 min. from the capital of Helsinki). Sea & Mountain Adventures is a co-entreprenour with Metsähallitus and Finnish Nature Centre Haltia.

Villa Eagle Rock

A 600m2 luxurious Villa built from log and natural stone ​​in the marine environment of Porkkalanniemi on its own 1.2 ha fenced plot. Functional and spacious premises are perfect for a several days’ Off-Site meeting in a peaceful setting surrounded by the stunning coastal nature.

The facilities are on three and a half floors. There is room for 22. Upstairs, there is spacious accommodation at both ends of the house that can also be used for workshops. The tower room is on the top floor. Downstairs there is a cozy sauna department with two saunas and dressing rooms, a swimming pool, jacuzzis and a cozy cooling area with access outdoors.

The rocky yard area has a covered grill, a kitchenette and a firepit for barbecueing. Meals are served from Kotkankallio's on-site kitchen from fresh seasonal ingredients. The premises are fully licensed, so own drinks are not allowed.

‘Old Fisherman’s Treasure’ and yard games are popular team activities outdoors with several problem-solving tasks for the teams. Porkkala coastal area and archipelago enable numerous activities depending on the season: hiking, Nordic walking, biking, seakayaking, snowshoeing and kicksledge safaris and fishing trips to the archipelago with the local fisherman. The migration of birds can be admired from the bird watching tower at the Lähteelä Recreation Area. You can see all the way to Tallinn, Estonia on a clear day.
