Are you searching for a meeting or event venue, with a special preference for a location by the sea or in the beautiful archipelago? We have just the right offer for you! Our accompanying tip list will guide you through Espoo's stunning coastal and archipelago destinations, where you can host your next memorable meeting or company celebration.

HERRÖ Meeting and Event Venue

Hiiohoi Oy, operating HERRÖ, specialises in creating extraordinary maritime experiences through memorable events in the archipelago destinations of the Helsinki metropolitan area. Among the most sought-after venues is the picturesque wooden villa, HERRÖ, in the Suvisaaristo area of Espoo on Stora Herrö Island.

HERRÖ is perfect for client events, team days, meetings, or celebrations. Embark on a journey from Helsinki to HERRÖ, a voyage that takes approximately 30-60 minutes, depending on the vessel. From the shores of Suvisaaristo in Espoo, it's just a short 10-20 minute trip.

While a public archipelago boat operates to Stora Herrö during the summer season, it's important to note that reservations cannot be made. Therefore, we recommend arranging private boat transportation with the dedicated Hiiohoi team to ensure a seamless experience.

Here's what you can expect at HERRÖ:

  • Ideal for events with 5-35 participants, with seating available for up to 26 people at a single table.
  • Open from the first signs of thaw until the end of December, providing ample opportunities for year-round gatherings.
  • Enjoy the spacious beach sauna and take a refreshing dip from the swimming pier.
  • Indulge in delicious food and beverage services, available right at HERRÖ.
  • Experience the convenience of a private water bus, ensuring smooth transportation for your group.
  • As part of Hiiohoi's commitment to providing unique experiences, Hiiohoi offers an array of activities, from beer brewing and exhilarating rib boat trips to serene meditations and thrilling sailing competitions.
