In this workshop we’re making art and enjoying colors regardless of prior drawing or painting experience, using acrylic paint, templates, stamps, magic ink et cetera. As a base we’ll use recycled materials, such as cardboard, tiling, convention mats, old kitchenware, and eggshells for example. The pieces are made per person or as small teams, and finally the finished works can be collected to form a collage, which can be hanged on the wall as a memory of this shared moment. Maybe some cubist portraits would lighten up the coffee room walls? When made from textiles, the finished works also work as acoustic elements.

The workshop lasts for about 1-2 hours, but some of the shops can be implemented in a non-stop style for larger events, where a single work is ready in just a couple of minutes. This workshop also fits well into the start of a team-day for waking up creativity, or to the end of the day, to inspire attendees and help them wind down.
