This exhibition presents works from a Lahti-based Master Goldsmith couple, Chao-Hsien Kuo (b.1973) and Eero Hintsanen (b.1972). They are among the most internationally known jewellery makers of their generation, and both have been honoured with the prestigious title of GOLDSMITH OF THE YEAR.
The title of the exhibition, Silver Lining, refers to the beauty of silver as a material and the value of craftsmanship which transforms it into wearable art. It also symbolises a hopeful view for the craft field. The exhibition consists of different ranges of work from both Chao and Eero.
