Rising proudly with 15 floors, Noli Otaniemi offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the sea from its upper levels. With 406 stylish studios it is the biggest Noli opened so far. As usual, there’s also an array of amenities to enhance your stay, such as a gym, sauna, co-working area, spacious laundry room and a café. For your everyday needs, a grocery store is located on the same premises.
Noli Otaniemi has successfully achieved its goal of prioritizing sustainability, obtaining LEED Platinum certification overall and a Gold certification specifically for the grocery store. The commitment to environment includes geothermal and solar energy sources, as well as utilizing waste heat from the grocery store for the hotels geothermal system.

Noli Otaniemi offers excellent public transportation connections, with the Raide-Jokeri tram service right at the doorstep. Aalto University metro station is also just a short 600-meter, 7-minute walk away, ensuring seamless connectivity to Helsinki and beyond.
